Every item is hand-inspected and function-tested before it hits the shelf, then graded honestly — Like new, Excellent, Good or Fair — with wear noted in the listing.

What does the 30-day warranty cover?

All pre-owned bodies, lenses and lighting are covered for 30 days against mechanical and electronic failure under normal use.

Can I return something I bought?

Used gear: yes — within 14 days, in the same condition with all included accessories, for a full refund. No restocking fee. Details on the Policies page.

Can I return a new item I've opened?

Accepted Answer

No — once a new item is opened it can't be sold as new again, so opened new items are final sale. Factory-sealed items return within 14 days. We review exceptions case-by-case; approved ones carry a 25% restocking fee.

Absolutely — come test it at the counter in Garden Grove. We'll also hold any item for you same-day, free.
